NEW PRICES AS FROM 1st April 2023

Our charges are inclusive from the day you bring your pet to us until the day you collect your pet irrespective of the time brought in and collected and during opening hours only. Except in exceptional circumstances there will NOT be any refund for pets collected earlier than the ‘booked out’ date.
We do not insist on your dog having the kennel cough vaccine but if you do decide to have it done there MUST be at least 14 CLEAR DAYS before we will take your dog. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this and you will be turned away regardless of any travel plans you have.
This policy is to protect all dogs in our care, including our own.

Please note that payments of £40 or less please pay cash. Payments over £40 can be cash or bank transfer. NO CHEQUES OR CARD PAYMENTS

Charges for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day are double the normal daily rate.

NOTE:

Due to the unprecedented rise in Electric and oil there is a charge of 50p per day per kennel and cat pen. This charge is effective between the months of October to April. ( we reserve the right to increase or decrease the affected months dependant of weather)
